Scott is fantastic. He has shown enormous professionalism, care, sensitivity and diligence in putting together and overseeing my program. He is proactive and flexible in addressing any niggles, mixes things up so I don’t get bored and is always cheery! I have no hesitation recommending him.

I’ve been seeing Sarah Pavano at Saexp for the past five months, and she has been amazing. She’s helped me so much with my back and neck issues, and I’ve noticed a real improvement. I suffer from migraines and neck pain, and she always checks how I’m feeling on the day so she can tailor the program and avoid flare‑ups. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go to anyone else. Sarah is always positive, warm, and easy to work with. She’s a fantastic exercise physiologist and a real asset to the centre.

My husband and I have been clients of Claudia’s for the last three years. My husband needed help post hip replacement and my issue was a recovering ankle after a bad break. Claudia put together programs which have been key in our rehabilitation and more recently has added Reformer Pilates to our workouts. Apart from being a great exercise physiologist Claudia is a delightful person, friendly, kind, and always looking to what will be best for us.

I have had long covid for over 3 years. I was in a constant cycle of boom and bust. Horrible crashes of pain and fatigue spending weeks in bed until I started exercise physiology with Scott Wood. My life has been transformed! Scott carefully listens to my symptoms and current physical and psychological state and crafts a personally tailored exercise program to suit my needs so that I don’t crash. Over the months I have been seeing him I have very gradually regained a lot of my health and well being. I now have muscles and flexibility again. While I am not ‘cured’ I feel relatively ‘normal’ most days provided I stick to his exercise and pacing regime. I cannot thank Scott enough for all that he has done for me.

I’ve been going to Sam for over a year. I’m feeling so much stronger and confident with exercise thanks to his gentle guidance. I have a lot of questions, and his feedback is always constructive and helpful. Sam’s a wealth of knowledge. He’s very patient with my tardiness and happily takes music requests! Above all, he’s an all-round good guy. Dan and Claudia at SAEP are also super lovely humans. Highly recommend.
