★★★★☆“I visited this park with one of my clients - Rylie the 10 month old Golden retriever puppy This park is absolutely breathtaking 😍 the views are so beautiful, and alongside the river is again so beautiful There's so much space for your dog to run around and then some. Plenty of benches for you to take a seat to take it all in whilst your dogs play 🐕 🐾 The reason I'm giving 4 stars however, is that there isn't any fenced areas you can let your dogs off leash. Luckily for me, Rylie won't run away and listens but not all dog owners or that fortunate. There is a fence around the playground that is really nice for parents Also wanted to mention, as nice as the river is, there is a fence alongside it, but there are no gates blocking off access to the river. There are gaps in the fence, where a wondering dog or child can easily walk through. It is also quite steep near the river past the fence, so it would be very easy for a dog or small child to fall all the way down into the river I was speaking to some other owners, and they also raised this concern, alot being regulars at this park (I'm not from this area) they raised another issue I didn't even think off. They said dogs have gotten into the river, and been swept downstream as the current can be very strong Lovely park but please remember it can be unsafe and to be very vigilant and keep and eye on your doggo or kids 🥰”

For anyone with a ‘flight risk’ dog worth noting it’s not fully enclosed and has a (quiet) road along the top edge and river along the bottom. Not an issue for us but aware some others prefer a fenced enclosed park.”
