★★★★★“Yesterday evening (23 June 2016) I caught the number 70 tram around 6pm at Robinson Road. As I tried to board I slipped and fell backwards on the road in the pouring rain. In a flash the driver and a passenger were there to help me up and check me over and help me on to the tram. apart from a bruised hip and knock to the head I am ok but I just wanted to say a big thank you to the tram driver for his help 9as well as the other passenger). he also had the decency to stop halfway through the trip to come and check on me. Thank you to whomever you are, you were very appreciated by me. The drivers on 70 and 75 are always so lovely but this was so appreciated. Nicola.”
