  “Had an absolutely amazing experience at Autobarn Camberwell today! Store manager Dino is an exceptional and kind human being-super friendly, helpful, and just a joy to speak with. I’m also incredibly grateful for the help from Hakon and Frederick; they were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I had everything I needed. All the staff were welcoming and ready to help. I’m genuinely excited to try out the car cleaning products I picked up today. Autobarn definitely gained a new loyal customer-I’m so happy with my first experience here. Highly recommend!”

  “I've been shopping at this business for several years, but was recently so impressed with the professionalism & customer service provided by Deano (store manager). I purchased a head unit for my daughter's car some time ago and have had a replacement unit installed by the Autobarn authorised installer once already. Both units failed after a mere months, to the point where the second unit would come on by itself at random times and have lines across the screen. While the warranty period technically ended, the issues had been reported along the way to the installer and Deano subsequently took our pain away by liaising with the manufacturer directly. This resulted in a new unit (different model) being installed and to date it has worked flawlessly. This is a fantastic example of good customer service that will ensure I continue to shop at Autobarn Camberwell (at least while Deano is there).”

  “I wrote this Google review about an incident that happened at 1 pm on December 14. The older man at the front counter was full of arrogance, rude, and discriminatory. On the 9th last week I received an SMS saying that the two drums of engine oil I ordered had arrived. After entering the store not only did he know nothing when asked questions, this older man did not even use basic polite language such as please or may I, and instead tried to blame all mistakes on the customer. This is not the first time he has behaved like this. The reason I gave two stars is because the other staff members were quite good. If it were only based on the attitude of this older man, I would give minus one hundred stars. I would also like to ask Autobarn here to retrain this kind of employee and relearn how to maintain basic courtesy toward customers.”

  “The staff here are top-class: Peter, Dino and another young man who I unfortunately forgot the name of. Peter especially was extremely knowledgeable and happy to share with someone who had absolutely no background in cars and associated products. All the staff were able to give me personal anecdotes as well as unbiased opinions of which products would best suit my needs. They were mindful of my budget and requirements, and took the time to talk to me even though I had a fair number of questions. They made the process of finding a new head unit and dash camera so easy, and I never felt pressured to buy. I took a week to think through my options before purchasing a Sony XAXAV5500 head unit and a Thinkware Q1000 dash cam. The staff here are so personable and down to earth that I instantly felt comfortable and taken care of. I would highly highly recommend patronising this Autobarn Camberwell branch”
