It’s a Monday with one other person in a booking before us. No communication about what was going on. I ended up having to tell the receptionist I could not wait any longer as I have work. She was lovely, but more disappointed in the vet I had to see.”

We saw Dr Tim who listened attentively to our concerns, responded with a wealth of knowledge and explained the tests and procedures - including an anal gland expression - that he was going to conduct on our (not so easy to deal with half dog/half bear 🐻)- Bronte the Chow Chow. Even though Bronte was very nervous, Dr Tim and his nurses - Megan, Ellen and Emily did a stellar job - without our bear boy requiring sedation! On top of that, lots of parking and nice long business hours - you won’t find better than the team at Progressive.”

We recently rescued a female dog with patella luxation that required surgery. Without going into too much detail, they stepped in when the rescue organisation disappeared without a trace.
