Beyond the stunning building, the staff are absolutely fantastic. They are warm, professional, and clearly dedicated to the children’s wellbeing. It’s rare to find a place where the physical environment and the quality of care are both of such a high standard.

We’re only a couple of weeks into care at LL Glen Iris but I’m so impressed already. The whole place has a beautiful serene feeling. But it’s the staff that really make this place amazing. My young boy has struggled with the transition to daycare and the team have gone above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. He loves all the staff. Mudit the assistant manager is such a lovely person and so helpful, my son absolutely loves him. My older daughter has never been in childcare before and the team have welcomed her so much that she loves going. The chef is amazing and really cares about the kids and the food he makes for them. I’m really happy with everything I’m seeing so far and excited to keep seeing my kids grow with this lovely team of people.

In just a few months with my little one at LL ELC we've been happy with the exceptional care and practices at this centre. The staff are always helpful , attentive and interested in all the children that attend there, as well as parents. The activities that children are vast , interesting , imclusive and lots of fun ! The educators always go above and beyond , keep families well informed about anything related to the care of our children and the upkeep of the faciltiy itself. Its a beautifully clean and modern centre and its obvious to see that my little one absolutely enjoys his days there with live updates and daily snapshots of his activities for his day. The in house Chef is popular with kids and parents and the food is healthy , varied and cooked in a very clean and well presented kitchen . The best choice I made for my child's early learning and it continues to get better. Thank you LL staff for all you do , it doesn't go unnoticed and is much appreciated.

    ★☆☆☆☆

I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the current conduct of a staff member at this childcare service, specifically the Chinese language teacher, Krystal. It has come to my attention that she frequently posts inappropriate content on social media, including negative commentary about her job and disturbing references to confidential situations involving children. This is a serious breach of professional ethics and privacy standards in the early childhood education sector. No parent should have to worry about whether their child’s personal experiences or additional needs are being discussed publicly or behind their backs by an educator who should be offering support, not judgment. A childcare educator should be respectful, discreet, and equipped to work with all children, including those with additional needs, without expressing resentment or frustration in public forums. This behaviour raises serious red flags about professionalism, qualifications, and the ability to foster a safe and inclusive environment. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this centre as long as such conduct is allowed to continue unchecked.
