I showed up to Burden’s with a bit of a vision, but limited knowledge of what I needed and how it would all work. Thankfully the showroom manager, Vanessa was there to help! Vanessa was thorough, efficient and organised. Her knowledge was fantastic and she was great at explaining things too. She also did a fantastic job of interpreting my layman’s descriptions of what I was trying to achieve. After a lot of discussion, a few laughs and a lot of patience from Vanessa, we had a range of new fixtures and fittings selected to update my bathroom. On the day of installation, the plumber came across a few curveballs (all to do with the house and not to do with the fixtures and fittings). I raced back to Burdens and Vanessa quickly helped me find new pieces so we didn’t have to get the plumber back on another day to fit things - Vanessa even worked her magic to get me a sink off the showroom floor at short notice. In the end, everything came together perfectly and it’s in big thanks to Vanessa’s knowledge, guidance and work - and I learnt a lot along the way too! Would highly recommend visiting Burdens and Vanessa for your bathroom needs. Thank you!”
