★☆☆☆☆“I was trying to get a replacement tap for my hot water unit. I was referred to Reece Camberwell by the distributor, given the #part number and was advised the maximum I should expect to pay. Good start! However, when I rang Reece, Camberwell the bloke had no record on his system of the part. OK.. I described what I needed. The guy I spoke to then asked me if I had "...been quoted a price" and "...what was it?" I told him that this was not the way to do business, whereupon he mumbled a lame excuse about "we should work together". Nuh uh..! Obviously a ploy to try and rort me. So, 0 stars not for quality of service, but for attitude.”
