★☆☆☆☆“I went to take my dog Yasai for a groom as he had a couple of matts after my holiday. Yasai is a cocker spaniel and is double coated so clippers are not to be used on their full body. Other groomers would use a matt remover brush. When picking up my dog he was at the back so I did not see him they made me pay $150 and then brought him out. I was so shocked I just walked out with him. See the pictures attached truly disappointed. See before and after pictures. If I wanted to shave him I would have done it myself. This is not a professional job.”
