This is a wonderful botanical garden. Although it is not large, it is extremely well maintained, and you can often see the hardworking staff caring for the garden with great dedication. Here, you can discover many plants you may have never seen before, including a wide range of species unique to the Southern Hemisphere. I have taken hundreds of photos in this garden, and every visit offers something new. Most importantly, this is a dog-free botanical garden, which allows visitors to truly enjoy peace, quiet, and a close connection with nature. However, as a plant enthusiast, I am often disappointed to see people bringing dogs into this park in violation of the rules. Dog owners, please take note: this is a park where dogs are NOT allowed! I have even seen someone bring three dogs into the park at the same time. I strongly suggest that the park management strengthen enforcement, or at the very least place clear and prominent signage at the entrance stating that dogs are prohibited. Please help protect our beautiful plants and vegetation. They deserve care and respect too.

Excellent suburban public gardens, many species never seen before, most with names. Huge trees, recent plantings, established natives, great walking paths. Excellent plentiful parking.

Great variety in this garden and a pleasant and quiet walk around. It has many branching paths and a beautiful array of plants and areas where different plants are situated. There are benches to sit around these gardens and a bathroom within them as well. Connected to Beckett Park — if you want parking, navigate for Beckett Park and you should be able to find the parking lot. Wonderful break from the usual sights. Loved my visit here!
