★★★★☆“There are 3 large playing fields in Macleay Park and a netball pitch, but a lot of space around the playing fields to walk a dog off lead. It's a great walk (about 1.5 km, I guess) to walk all the way around the park. Lots of parking, too, set up for those using playing fields, I suppose. But if you go to the park at 5 p.m. say (which I do) there's no cricket ( in summer of course) or football, or netball, going on. You can walk wherever your dog wants (but naturally have to pick up poo).”
