This local brunch spot serves delish treats from quinoa to eggs benny, coffee, pancakes and freshly squeezed juices, they got everything for everyone’s needs. What i like about this is the accessibility located at Balwyn, which is quite accessible by car or public transportation. They have a huge dining area with both indoor and outdoor seating so you can bask in the sun if the weather permits just like today. Although I prefer savoury for brunch most of the time, but their pancakes is a must try. It’s not as fluffy as the soufflé pancakes but it’s smooth, chewy and thick and texture is perfect me and most importantly the sweetness is just right even though it was served together with the syrup. From what i heard from the owner during our visit, their ingredients were locally sourced ensuring the quality and freshness of each dish.”
