I knew from the very first meeting with Cameron Karman from Flooring Expert that his company was the right choice for my project. He was prompt to come and see the job, polite, very professional, experienced with all products, and provided me with a quote that very same day. The flooring I chose (not sold through Flooring Expert) unfortunately had a manufacturing fault (through no fault of Cameron). Cameron assisted me in reaching a suitable arrangement with the manufacturer to have the issue rectified. This arrangement included having the floors sanded and polished—which was only recently completed. While the (faulty) laid boards were a gloss finish, Cameron and Jack, strongly suggested a satin finish when redoing the floors. I’m so glad I went with their recommendation—my floors now look amazing and I can now enjoy my home. Honestly, I cannot recommend Flooring Expert Pty Ltd highly enough, beginning with Cameron, Jack and the team. Both Cameron and Jack were very attentive, patient, and knowledgeable.
