Victoria recorded 677 scheduled auctions from 3 August to 8 August 2026, with 372 auction results reported. The statewide clearance rate was 73%, while 272 properties sold during the reporting period. Total reported auction sales reached approximately $314 million, providing a snapshot of weekly auction activity across Victoria.

Of the recorded sales, 201 properties sold at auction and 70 sold before auction. A further 100 properties passed in. Houses accounted for 266 auctions, recording a 72% clearance rate and a median sale price of $1,202,500. Units recorded 105 auctions at a clearance rate of 75% and a median of $761,000. House and unit results provide the clearest indication of weekly auction activity because they account for the largest share of reported auctions.

The statewide clearance rate remained at 73% across both reporting periods. Scheduled auction volumes increased from 611 to 677. Reported auction results increased from 284 to 372. The number of properties sold increased from 207 to 272. Total reported auction value increased by approximately 55% compared with the previous reporting period.
