My Dr is Madeleine De Francesco (Maddy) and she is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and clever! I’m so thrilled to have found her. Having said that, I have on occasion had to see other Drs at the practice so I know they are all excellent. Maddy explains all the options and processes so well and there’s never any pressure regarding what option to choose, only guidance. The nurses are all lovely and the Reception staff are so accommodating and patient when you call to change an appointment or have a query etc. I can’t recommend Ashburton Family Dental more highly. The clinic has a really calming environment, and it’s super modern — you can even watch Netflix while getting your treatment done, which helps take your mind off things.
